Our company covers 60 thousand square meters, including a titanium forge workshop of 14 thousands square meters, and a titanium casting fabricator of 6 thousands square meters.
The main equipment of aluminum forge fabricator is imported from England, United Stated and Japan. Our machines include Meltowers (Hauck U.S.A/Morgan UK), blow molding machine (Wagstaff USA), heat soak oven (Homogenizing Furnace) and other advanced facilities, advanced measure equipment such as ultrasonic inspection machine, spectrometer, metallurgical inspector and other equipment; Main product line in high quality Al matrix composites (including aluminum extrusion and aluminum casting) and other special alloyed materials to provide extrusion, forging and casting to aluminum alloyed raw materials
Titanium fabricator uses high quality forging technique and equipment, such as wax injection machine, desiccant room, dewax machine, vacuum meltower and sinter kiln. Product line -golf club sets, bicycle parts, jewelry, kitchenware, tools, fishing equipment, PDA cases, vehicle/ship parts and other high quality precision materials.
